To return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, unwashed, and all original labels, packaging, accessories, and gifts must be intact.

You must present the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personal care products that have been opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., certain kitchen utensils).

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" during clearance sales.

2. Return Process

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us: Please send an email to service@tempsio.com within the return period. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in the email.

Returning Goods: Please use a trackable logistics service to return the goods to the address we provide. Please pack the goods properly to prevent damage during transportation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. Refund Processing

Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it within a certain period. If the goods meet our return conditions, we will process your refund immediately.

Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment method used when you made the purchase.

Processing Time: After the refund is processed, the funds will arrive in your account within a certain period, depending on the policy of your bank or payment service provider.

Refund Amount: You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the goods. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive defective, damaged in transit, or wrong items, we will bear all related costs.

We will arrange prepaid return labels or arrange for a courier company to pick up the package at our expense, and immediately send you the correct goods, or provide a full refund according to your preference.
